This Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). All legal details can be found in the Terms.

By clicking the “Buy XXX credits” button, you express full consent to this Policy and authorize the Company and its payment processing service provider to store your name, surname, card expiry date and PAN number (hereinafter – the Credentials on File (COF)) and/or to process transactions initiated by you to buy credits (hereinafter – Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions), both by using the Credentials of File, as indicated below.

By turning-on the check-box “Save my card details for quick checkout” on the payment page you enroll in “one click” payment option.

By enrolling in this «one click» payment option you agree to use your card Credentials for payment with no need to reinsert your credit/debit card payment information each time you initiate a payment.

You may cancel “one click” payment option for any card by clicking “delete this card” on the payment page.

You agree to be bound by any rules your financial institution requires for pre-authorized electronic funds transfers and/or that your debit or credit card issuer requires for pre-authorized debit or credit card transactions. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution associated with the pre-authorized payment option.

Transaction currency is either Euro (EUR) or United States Dollar (USD) depending on the location of the users.

The price of the Services is represented on the payment page and/or in the Terms of the Website.

THE COMPANY SHALL BEAR NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES OF ANY KIND THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A RESULT OF A PAYMENT MADE ON ITEMS INCORRECTLY BILLED OR FOR ANY DELAY IN THE ACTUAL DATE ON WHICH YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.

Disclosures of the Company:

1. Your Credentials will be used for: Cardholder-Initiated COF;

2. Description of Services: dating communication Services as described in the Terms of the Website.

The following details in relation to this Policy shall be included in the transaction confirmation: card number, transaction amount, surcharges (if applicable), transaction currency, transaction date, authorization code, the Company’s location.

You will be notified of any changes to the present Policy 2 (two) business days before such changes become effective in relation to Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions via email.

The Policy shall enter into force after successful authorization (or account verification) by your card issuer and receipt of your consent to this Policy by the Company, and shall be valid until terminated by you or by the Company according to the Refund policy and/or to the Terms of the Website.
